This project is located at "Kiryat Menahem" neighborhood, in Netivot. Most of the residents of this neighborhood are members of the "Haredik" community. Today’s situation is that there is no available synagogue for this community and the members have to walk a few miles away, to find a place to pray and study. The aim of this project is to build a house for praying and "Tora" studying in the neighborhood.

This synagogue is a two stories building that is divided to three sections in each floor. At the ground floor there is the entrance and the service section which contains: entrance hall, toilet room, staircases, kitchen, lockers room and office. The second section is the "Tora" studies area which contains a large "Kolel" and two classrooms for children. The third section is the synagogue which contains 204 seats and its direction is towards Jerusalem.

At the first floor there is also entrance and service section which contains: entrance hall, toilet room for men and toilet room for women, staircases, kitchen and lockers room. The second section is the community hall for special religious occasions. The third section is the women’s section inside the synagogue hall which contains 66 seats.

The roof of the building is also divided to three sections. On the top of the first section there is a middle dome that is located under the entrance hall. Above the second section there are 48 small skylights domes that are lighting the community hall. On the top of the third section there is a large dome that is located under the centre of the synagogue and creates a unique, honorable and holly space for praying.
